Grilled Shrimp with Mango Salsa

The Venice Farmers Market is a great place to find fresh, local produce every Saturday. But did you know that you can also find fresh seafood at the market? Maggie's Seafood is a vendor at our weekly market that sells a variety of fresh seafood, including shrimp, scallops, fish, lobster and crab.

In this blog post, we will share a delicious and extremely easy grilled shrimp recipe that you can make using fresh seafood from Maggie's Seafood at the Venice Farmers Market.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 cup mango salsa from our previous recipes

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, mango salsa, salt, and pepper.

  3. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.

  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  5. Serve immediately.
