Apple-Cranberry Crisp
Ingredients:
4 cups sliced apples (use a mix of varieties for flavor)
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix sliced apples, cranberries, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Spread in a baking dish.
In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
