Apple-Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sliced apples (use a mix of varieties for flavor)

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix sliced apples, cranberries, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Spread in a baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.

  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the fruit.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
