Crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Salmon

CRISPY BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN SALMON

  • Salmon from Maggie’s Seafood

  • Olive oil from Earth’s Complete

  • Parmesan cheese from Stamper Cheese

  • Garlic & parsley from C+F Produce

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 lemon, halved

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Rub the olive oil all over the salmon fillet.

  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese mixture over the salmon fillet.

  6. Place the salmon fillet in the prepared baking dish.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese has just started to brown.

  8. Squeeze the juice of one lemon half over the salmon fillet.
