Simple Grilled Lobster with Butter
Lobster is a delicious and versatile seafood that can be enjoyed in many different ways. One of our favorite ways to cook lobster is to grill it with a simple butter sauce. This recipe is quick and easy to make, and it is sure to become a family favorite. You can pick up lobster at Maggie’s Seafood at the Venice Farmers Market every Saturday from 8am-1pm.
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, split and deveined
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster tails with the butter mixture.
Grill the lobster tails for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serve immediately with the remaining butter sauce.
