Pork Ribeyes + Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Pork ribeye is a delicious and versatile cut of meat that can be cooked in many different ways. One of our favorite ways to cook pork ribeye is to pan-fry it with a simple seasoning rub. Pork Ribeyes from The Butchers Gourmet
Brussel Sprouts from C+F Produce, Dusty’s Produce, or Fresh Harvest
Parmesan from Stamper Cheese
Olive Oil from Earths Complete
Ingredients:
2 pork ribeye steaks (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
Pat the pork ribeye steaks dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork ribeye steaks.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork ribeye steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Remove the pork ribeye steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
